The Manager - Growth & Strategy role supports enterprise strategy development, business transformation, and operational excellence. Reporting to the VP, ELS Strategy & Growth, the role combines analytical rigor, operational discipline, and collaborative execution to accelerate performance.

As a key contributor, this role translates strategic vision into actionable plans, partners with cross-functional teams, and delivers high-quality insights to drive business growth. Reporting to the VP, ELS Strategy & Growth, the role combines analytical rigor, operational discipline, and collaborative execution to accelerate performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Contribute to the development and implementation of divisional and enterprise strategies, including market analysis, business case support, and performance tracking.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and measurable impact, supporting team and leadership priorities.
Partner with business leaders to define priorities and support capability development initiatives.
Provide high-quality analyses and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
Support M&A activities, including research, analysis, and due diligence.
Business Transformation & Operations
Participate in cross-functional programs and initiatives to deliver impactful outcomes.
Support the implementation of strategic operating rhythms (e.g., OKRs, quarterly reviews, dashboards) to ensure progress and accountability.
Continuously refine processes and analytical approaches to improve execution effectiveness.
Growth, Partnerships & Commercial Strategy
Assist in commercial strategy, partnership evaluation, and deal structuring, including financial modeling and value proposition development.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and customer-centric narratives that position the organization for competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Management
Operate effectively through ambiguity and change, collaborating across diverse teams.
Communicate complex ideas with clarity to senior audiences through persuasive storytelling and presentation materials.
Build relationships across business units to support coherence and execution discipline.
Prepare stakeholder-facing reports (including decks and memos) to keep central teams informed on critical projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in strategy, business operations, or transformation within large organizations or consultancies.
Demonstrated success supporting strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
Ability to work with senior/executive management, building networks and influence across the organization.
Commercial acumen — skilled in financial analysis and business case support.
Customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to work through ambiguity, change, and uncertainty, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Self-starter with a results-driven work ethic, able to meet critical deadlines and shifting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
