Responsibilities

We are hiring a full-time Manager - Growth Marketing Analytics to join the Ascension Data Sciences Institute to support the ADSI Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) through advanced analytics projects.

What You Will Do


In this highly visible role, you will manage critical analytics projects to develop data-driven insights that support the ADSI Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE). The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the CoE analytics team in the delivery of data analytics that support the effective implementation of strategic business initiatives. The Manager will oversee complex workstreams typically encompassing the analysis of patient flow across the care continuum, the execution of market share analyses, the estimation of current and prospective footprint via geospatial analyses, and the identification of factors driving overall market performance and growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring the technical accuracy of team outputs, synthesizing findings for executive leadership and associate development.

 


The Manager will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating data analytic activities associated with organizing, implementing, and meeting departmental goals, specifically focusing on the delivery of CoE analytics that support strategic business initiatives.Engaging in strategic planning and tactical implementation of data analytic activities across multiple markets, including the estimation of current and prospective footprint via geospatial analyses.Consulting leadership on the development of Data Analytics strategy for supported markets and overseeing the analysis of patient flow across the care continuum to drive organizational efficiencies.Overseeing the preparation of supported reports and market share analyses.Communicating findings and recommendations to senior-level management and stakeholders, identifying the key factors driving market performance and growth.Managing activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, and evaluating associates, while providing continuing education in the execution of advanced analytical models.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences 5 years of experience (or applicable education) preferred.Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field of study preferred.Experience in healthcare strategy.Large health systems experience a plus.Proficiency in SQL. Prior use of other programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.Experience with visualization software, particularly tableau and/or Looker is a plus.Comfortable manipulating and synthesizing very large datasets.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.Experience using cloud-based data storage platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce Cloud Data Platform, etc.) a plus.
