Key Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced technical expertise, supports the rewards function in the design, implementation and on-going management of general or specific programs and initiatives. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining rewards program needs/issues.
Meets regularly with client management and HR peers to diagnose specific issues or needs in relation to rewards policies and programs, or to provide ongoing support on operational management issues having a complex rewards dimension.
Strategy & Design:Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports global business goals and local market competitiveness.Lead benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with industry standards.Compensation Management:Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to manage annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and promotions.Benefits Administration:Evaluate and manage global benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.Ensure compliance with local regulations and optimize benefit offerings for cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.Governance & Compliance:Ensure all rewards programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements across geographies.Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation and benefits processes.Analytics & Reporting:Provide insights through data analysis and reporting on compensation trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness.Support HR and leadership with strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Finance, Legal, and HR teams to align rewards strategy with organizational priorities.Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to total rewards.Experience - 10 to 15 Years
