We're looking for a Manager Global Image Production (m/f/d) to join our team.
What you can expect:
\nPreparation of product photo shoots, videos and post-production needs for the BOSS and HUGO brands.\nOrganization of pre-production meetings and support for the shootings.\nOn set visual art direction of PDP images, capsules and special projects.\nSelect model talent from approved model pool per project, brand and budget.\nLead the onset team in consistently achieving highest quality brand specific imagery.\nCapture File Management, final selection, cropping, upload and QC within capture and photo management software.\nResponsible for compliance with product and production deadlines.\nFurther development of the Brand-Gender-Line visual language in close cooperation with internal departments and through market observation and analysis.\nDocumentation and maintenance of general image and production specifications in the HUGO BOSS Style Guide.\nResponsible for compliance with budget specifications and KPI's.\nAbility to work with Industry standard software ie, Capture One, Creative Force.\nMaintenance of a model pool with a special focus on diversity\n\n
Please note: due to the nature of this role, regular in-office presence is essential. This position requires you to be on-site five days a week.
Your profile:
\n2-3 years’ experience in a comparable position\nVery good business and product-related knowledge, possibly agency or brand experience\nVery good knowledge of conflict management and negotiation skills \nExperience with agile projects in international teams\nSolution-oriented communication skills, readiness for proactive networking within and outside the company,\nReliable organizational talent with an affinity for trends, fashion and photography\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory)\n\n
