**The Team**
Within the Franchise Department, our mission is to drive long-term growth of our brands, consumer engagement, and market growth and expansion for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger through strategic partnerships across the Southeast Hub region. We ensure alignment with PVH’s overarching ambition of building desirable, brand-led, and sustainable businesses.
The Franchise team serves as the strategic link between PVH and its franchise partners, collaborating closely with Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Covering 45+ countries across Italy, Türkiye, Greece, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS regions, we focus on unlocking potential through cross-market collaboration, strong partner management, and financial stewardship.
**The Position**
As a Franchise Manager, you will play a critical role in managing franchise accounts and driving commercial growth across Türkiye. You will oversee seasonal and annual planning, financial alignment, partner performance management, and new store development. This role is central to executing PVH’s market strategies while supporting the operational and strategic goals of the Southeast Hub.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Commercial & Financial Planning
+ Drive seasonal budget planning and sell-in processes for assigned partners and markets.
+ Align targets by market, brand, and channel using top-down guidance and partner insights.
+ Track and analyze partner performance providing action-oriented recommendations.
+ Coordinate and deliver the Seasonal Budget Handover deck in partnership with Sales & Merchandising.
Account & Partner Management
+ Manage day-to-day operations and strategic alignment with assigned franchise partners.
+ Lead monthly business reviews and cross-functional calls to drive commercial performance.
+ Monitor order intake, shipment flows, payment status, and credit exposure, coordinate resolution of operational roadblocks.
+ Lead or support contract negotiations including financial terms, business projections, and compliance matters.
Reporting & Analysis
+ Create and update regional reports, dashboards, and partner presentations.
+ Deliver insights on product, performance, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
+ Support optimization of partner marketing and visual merchandising budgets.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
**Measures of Success**
+ Sales Target Achievement: Ensure seasonal sell-in targets reached across assigned partners and drive replenishment.
+ Operational Efficiency: Ensure committed partner orders are shipped and paid timely.
+ Store Pipeline Accuracy: Alignment between planned vs. actual store openings/closings quarterly and annually.
+ Partner Satisfaction: Positive feedback and relationship with partners that translates positively into PVH business
+ Contract Milestones: Complete partner negotiations, renewals, or exits in line with strategic priorities and timelines.
**Requirements**
+ Fluent in Turkish & English
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred; an MBA is a plus
+ Strong financial acumen, with the ability to confidently interpret and work with budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
+ Previous experience in developing and executing commercial strategies, including market entry, channel development, and partner growth initiatives, all aligned with broader brand and financial goals
+ Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and diverse internal and external stakeholders
+ Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and negotiate effectively across functions and levels of seniority
+ Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and financial modeling), PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
