Position Description:

Desde CGI estamos en búsqueda de un Responsable de operadores en turno 24/7 para Centro de Control de la Energía / Despacho Delegado en Madrid.
Modelo híbrido de trabajo.
Responsabilidades clave
1. Coordinar a los operadores y garantizar la fiabilidad operativa las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana.
2. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de REE.
3. Validar las operaciones remotas.
4. Gestionar los informes diarios/semanales/mensuales.
5. Aplicar las políticas de ciberseguridad de OT y el control de acceso remoto.
6. Supervisar la formación y la competencia técnica de los operadores.
7. Sustituir a un operador en caso de que sea necesario.
