How will you make an impact in this role?

Position Overview:

The Product Lead for Oracle ERP Fusion migration is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP system projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Oracle ERP Fusion migration projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

·       Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

·       Configure and support ERP modules including
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounting Hub
- Chart of Accounts structures and financial hierarchies

-Financial Close & Consolidation

-Enterprise Data Management

·       Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile practices.

·       Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical constraints.

·       Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders to communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and mitigations.

·       Oversee change management activities, including training, support, and user adoption strategies.

·       Collaborate with IT and business leaders to address issues, develop new solutions, and maximize ROI from ERP investments.

·       Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in process and technology enhancements.

·       Understanding of how AI can enhance finance operations and decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

·       5-7 years of experience in a product management or leadership role, particularly in ERP or other system migrations.

·       Strong expertise in Oracle EBS/ Fusion ERP applications and end-to-end business process knowledge.

·       Proven track record of managing complex projects using Agile frameworks.

·       Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

·       Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Certified SAFe Program Consultant or similar advanced Agile certifications.

Oracle Fusion Implementation Professional certification.

Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design
