Our Kforce client a global retailer located in the St. Louis, MO area need to hire a Manager Financial Reporting to lead internal and external reporting for global financials, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. Support technical accounting, acquisitions, leases, and corporate transactions. Duties: * Prepare and review 10Q/K filings and related disclosures * Coordinate XBRL tagging and SEC compliance * Support Audit Committee and Board presentations * Manage accounting for pensions, stock comp, leases, debt/equity * Conduct goodwill and intangible asset impairment analysis * Prepare EPS calculations and track restructuring costs * Oversee global statutory audits and liaise with external auditors
