Duties: * Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to brokers based on market and property analysis * Supervise operations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and resolution of issues * Lead, coach, and develop analysts, including performance evaluations and training * Collaborate with brokers, leadership, and support teams to enhance service delivery * Drive process improvements and automation initiatives (Salesforce, Argus, PowerBI)
