Position Summary:
As our Manager, Finance, you will provide crucial leadership and strategic insights that drive the financial health and sustainability of our organization. You will be instrumental in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and guiding key business decisions.
Every day you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to lead a team, optimize financial processes, identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, and provide clear, actionable financial intelligence to senior leadership to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in financial management, accounting principles, and relevant financial software.
Position Derscription:
Provides leadership for financial reporting, budget development, and financial analysis for the designated hospital. Acts as a key resource to department heads in preparing and managing the departments' budgets.Manages the budgeting (operating & capital), projection process and performance monitoring for the hospital.Works cooperatively with the facility management to facilitate budget variance analysis and assist with budgetand accounting systems questionsOversees the facility's monthly financial reporting processes and reviews net revenue, expense accruals and the financial statements overall. Ensures that the facility statistics are accurate and maintains a strong working relationship with the consolidated Accounting team.Provides financial analysis to support business development initiatives, major capital purchases, net revenue and expense review and participates in other projects as needed.

Qualifications:
