JOB SUMMARY + Role into Fixed Asset management and Financial Reporting support **Supervisory/Management Responsibilities** + Managing day to day Fixed Asset accounting & compliance, RPT compliance support, monthly closure and ensuring all the reporting compliance **Position Accountability / Scope** + Complete responsibility of Fixed Asset accounting for Abbott india group. Support on RPT compliance, Financial reporting and ensuring all reporting compliance as per company policies and as per local regulations (SEBI/ Companies Act) CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + Fixed Asset management, accounting and management for Abbott India Group (AIL-Listed entity & AHPL-Pvt Ltd (Pharma, Nutrition, Diagnostic, Devices & Plant locations – Goa, Baddi & Jhagadia + Review and renewal of policies and procedures related to Fixed assets and ensure compliance. Highlight deviations against the policies, if any, to the management + Drive and co-ordinate Physical verification program of Fixed Asset for local and US GAAP Financial reporting. Support PV activity to relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum coverage under PV. Evaluate vendors for PV activity for advanced mechanis + Support to key stakeholders on Abbott RCE process, Asset capitalization documentation, Capital work-in-process, Asset decapitalization and Divestiture, New facility capitalization + Upgrade and revisit processes and challenge status-quo scenarios and bring in revisions/latest processes, wherever required + Support in RPT disclosure and related compliances + Support in Quarterly/half yearly disclosure in accordance with SEBI regulations + Support Monthly Closure of Financials- Ensuring timely accounting of transactions in line with Ind AS and accounting policy + Co-ordination & completion of Audit- Handling and ensuring timely audit of various audits like – statutory, IFC etc and coordinating with auditors for the same + Support in AGM and annual report preparations- Timely compilation of Annual Report and AGM preparations covering final proof reading + BS and P&L Variance analysis + Experience in SAP MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum Education** + CA with experience of 6 to 8 years **Experience** Experience of 6 to 8 years Worked in Fixed Asset preferred and Knowledge about Financial Reporting role with exposure to compliance requirements related to Listed companies.
