Kforce's client, a leader in technology and software located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is looking to hire a Manager External Reporting to join their team. Duties: * Prepare and review annual and quarterly reports to stockholders, including earnings press releases, investor presentations, and CEO earnings call materials * Oversee SEC filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, registration statements, and other required disclosures * Supervise the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and five-year summaries * Ensure compliance with reporting requirements from the NYSE, Department of Commerce, and other agencies * Review and analyze financial data from business units and enterprise departments (accounting, treasury, tax) * Manage workpapers supporting disclosures and filings * Lead global pension plan consolidation and liaise with actuarial firms * Support government reporting (e.g., Census Bureau) and SEC employee benefit plan filings (Form 11-K) * Assist with special projects including acquisitions, divestitures, debt issuance, and financial restatements * Maintain and update data for FTC premerger filings * Conduct research on accounting theory and peer reporting practices for continuous improvement
