This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX\. **Manager, Experimental Build** Bring your ideas and experience to collaborate with engineering design teams and lead the construction of experimental parts, test articles, assemblies, and aircraft\. This position supervises a dedicated team of engineers and shop floor employees, fostering a culture of execution and innovation\. By ensuring precision and producibility, this role drives innovation and efficiency within the company\. Your leadership will be crucial in evaluating and implementing new processes and techniques, significantly contributing to Bell's success\. **What you'll be doing as a Manager, Experimental Build** Partner with engineering design teams to shape designs by providing producibility input from concept thru detail designPartner with rotorcraft performance engineers to develop and execute rotor download testing preventing an over or under\-designed aircraftManage both experimental design engineers and shop floor employees\.
