Join us in our mission to bring essential medicines to those in need, faster and more effectively than ever before.What You Will AchieveKey SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExpertise in filling line design, operation, and performance optimizationKnowledge of maintenance systems and reliability toolsProject management and stakeholder alignmentExcellent communication and mentoring skillsAbility to work independently and cross-functionallyHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)BA/BS with at least 10 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 8 years of experienceDiploma (or Equivalent) with at least 12 years of relevant experienceTechnical Expertise & TroubleshootingServe as the primary expert for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on IMA filling lines.Diagnose and resolve moderately complex equipment problems to minimize downtime.Provide advanced technical support during breakdowns, start-ups, and process deviations.2. Equipment Performance & ReliabilityDrive initiatives to improve Line OEE, reduce unplanned downtime, and work toward zero breakdown culture.Implement reliability engineering practices and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies.Lead and execute filling performance improvement projects with strong technical understanding.3. Project ManagementLead or co-lead moderately complex projects, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.Manage project budgets, report progress to relevant teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Operate independently in ambiguous situations and make informed decisions guided by policies and technical standards.4. Cross-Functional Leadership & CollaborationAlign stakeholders on technical strategies, priorities, and lifecycle plans for IMA technologies.Provide mentorship, review work of peers, and act as a resource for developing team capability.Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technology teams to improve business processes.5. Compliance, Validation & Audit SupportProvide technical support for regulatory filings related to filling processes and equipment.Represent the validation program during internal and external audits.Oversee instrument and equipment validation activities in accordance with cGMP and site procedures.Ensure knowledge management and documentation practices are robust and audit‑ready.Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience.Practical experience in facilitating and conducting risk assessmentsStrong expertise in mammalian cell cultureKnowledge of other heterologous expression systemsExperience with regulatory submissions to support new productsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such 
as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance
