Practice Area

 

BCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group’s existing capabilities. Today, our presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.

 

We support our clients’ total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management & financial engineering capabilities. And together with BCG, BCG Platinion’s interdisciplinary team of technical experts enable customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.

What You'll Do

Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients Throughout your strategic IT implementation programs, manage internal and external teams and combine pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods like SAFe to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes During the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures, be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends 

What You'll Bring

Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades At least nine years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following:SAPOracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.)WorkdayPrevious experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile settingDemonstrated responsibility for two or more end-to-end ERP implementations, managing modules or workstreams throughout all program phases (e.g., from initial design through deployment and post-go-live support)Experience in business process design and configurationEfficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership  Familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Turkish and English
