We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What you will do:** + Inspire, engage and lead a team of engineers managing quality, on time delivery, cost, milestones, engineering processes, productivity projects and innovation. + Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing engineering, suppliers, quality, and operations, in each of their deliverables. + Complete Project coordination with Project partners, Cross functional Managers. Complete Understanding of tools and technologies used in Engineering Design. Performs Design reviews and mentors Design Engineers. Consistently delivers high-quality Design deliverables. + Manage a large team of engineers while handling their annual objectives, performance management, growth and development, employee engagement and talent review process. + Demonstrable leadership skills, professional and positive approach, diligent with attention to detail, team player and able to work on own initiative, assertive, adaptable, creative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required. **What you will bring:** + Hands on exp in engineering design while working on NPD, VAVE, Design automation, Productivity and QNR projects + Hands on exp working on product design software's such as Creo, SolidWorks. + Hands on exp working on PLM processes and tools such as Windchill. + Someone with a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies wrt Engineering design and help in designing strategies for future road map. + Proficient in English, both written and spoken and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively. + Hands on experience and working knowledge with Mechanical Engineering Design while Integrating advanced capabilities such as MBD - Model-based definition with hands on working knowledge of PMI – Product manufacturing information, complete understanding of automating workflows and reducing manual work and re-work. + Working knowledge in advanced areas such Pro-programming, AI Driven Generative design, Design for Additive manufacturing, AR Collaboration, IOT driven design. + A mechanical engineer background with 13+ years of experience in the field of engineering which includes at least 5+ years of people management experience.
