About the Role:
Maintain and operate electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property; must have knowledge of high‑end electrical systems and their operation.Communicate regularly with staff across departments to disseminate critical health, safety, and operational information.Manage and audit efficient maintenance and statutory inspections for all facilities, including electrical installations, emergency systems, and infrastructure compliance reportingInspect and monitor building systems such as lifts, DG sets, HVAC, fire services, water and electricity supply, and civil works; ensure proper upkeep of logbooks and checklists.Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports and maintain building-related records and service agreements.About You:
Strong technical knowledge of high‑end electrical equipment, building engineering systems, and safe operating procedures.Experience managing statutory inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and compliance across HVAC, electrical, fire safety, water systems, lifts, and other building infrastructure.Ability to maintain engineering documentation, service agreements, logbooks, and inspection checklists with accuracy and audit readiness.Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and ensure timely dissemination of safety and operational information.Proven capability in preparing daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports and supporting technical oversight for property operations.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
