We are seeking a Manager, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Early Careers to drive PMI’s EVP transformation and Employer Branding strategies, with the goal of attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent while ensuring PMI remains competitive across all markets.

This role focuses on two strategic pillars:

EVP Development & Market Insights – Revamp PMI’s EVP, monitor external talent trends, and establish success metrics to measure impact.Early Careers Programs – Lead the global rollout of comprehensive Early Careers initiatives (Internships, Graduate Programs, and Future Leaders), building on the 2025 European pilot to strengthen talent pipelines and enhance generational diversity within the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

EVP Development and Implementation Strategy

Collaborate with GTAD, Functions, Categories, Regions and Global Comms, Legal and Corporate Brand teams in preparations for the crafting and adoption of the revamped EVP. Partner with our external agency to ensure successful EVP crafting in its upcoming stages;internal researchframework and messagingcreative and brand book design and sign-offinternal and external implementation, and 5) data-driven continuous improvement                         

External Trends & Success Measurement

Monitor market trends and best practices in EVP and Employer Branding, providing regular updates and recommendations.Collect and analyze data and feedback to help refine and optimize EVP initiatives, ensuring relevance to PMI’s business model.Assist in measuring and reporting the impact of EVP and branding activities, preparing insights and effectiveness reports for leadership in partnership with GTAD.                                                       

Coordination of Early Careers Global roll-out

Assist in the end-to-end design and implementation of the Early Careers roll-out following Europe’s pilot (Program Design & Strategy, Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Rotations and Line Manager Capability, Performance Assessment, Learning and Development, Community and Engagement and Post-program transition).Support the orchestration of global solutions alongside subject matter experts and assist in the program’s operationalization at regional levels, to ensure local adoption of minimum required standards.                                                               

 Operational and Project Support

Help organize and coordinate project plans, presentations, and communications for Early Careers roll-out and EVP / employer branding initiatives.Contribute to the development of successful indicators and assist in tracking performance metrics.      

We’re looking for someone with:

College/University                

Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, marketing, communications, or related field      

Work experience:                                                                  

Minimum of seven years' progressive experience in diverse talent , employer branding, and / or learning & development roles.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple layers of stakeholders and ideally having worked in or partnered Global teams. A relentless passion for candidate and employee experience and a holistic view on 'talent' from an attraction point of view, throughout the EB funnel. The ieal candidate should have experience in shaping data-led internal and external activation of strategies to drive advocacy and adoption. Experience having activated, participated in the design or partnered Early Careers interventions (Interns, Graduates or Future Leaders)Advanced presentation skills - defining, publishing, and communicating plans and engaging delivery teams to deploy those plans. In addition, putting in place tangible and measurable success indicators. Experience having worked with brand marketing and communications teams is a competitive advantage.
