Manager Digital Sports Experience - Temp until 30.06.2026

I. General Purpose
As a Manager Digital Sports Experience, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing consumer experiences within the adidas Running App and other digital sports touchpoints. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless delivery of digital sports journeys that enhance consumer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. You will support the implementation of strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital sports experiences.


II. Key Responsibilities 
Scope: Support the integration of sports knowledge, expertise, and analytics into Digital Sports Experiences to enhance user engagement through reliable and results-oriented sports experiences within the digital ecosystem.


1. Sports Knowledge Integration
•    Assist in implementing digital sports experiences in alignment with the broader consumer engagement strategy.
•    Support the analysis of consumer data and provide insights to help key stakeholders assess and prioritize our focus based on current trends, user behavior, everyday runners' needs, and evolving demands in the sports landscape. 
•    Coordinate operational activities to deliver engaging digital sports experiences that resonate with consumers.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration 
•    Act as a central point of contact for operational queries and coordination with internal teams, including product, marketing, and tech.
•    Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital sports initiatives with broader business goals. 
•    Manage relationships with athletes, coaches, and external partners to integrate and activate credible sports experiences.
•    Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables to the Digital Sports leadership team.

3. Partner Integration
•    Manage relationships with external vendors and content partners to ensure the integration of high-quality sports content and features.
•    Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
•    Ensure that partner content aligns with adidas' standards and enhances the consumer experience.

IV. Requirements
1. Education & Professional Experience
•    4+ years of experience in sports science or a related field, focusing on athlete performance, Running coaching, and/or degree in a related field.
•    Proven track record of applying sports science principles to enhance athletic performance and user engagement.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

2. Soft-Skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on aligning diverse stakeholders.
•    Analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to explain complex scientific concepts to non-experts.

3. Hard-Skills
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
•    Expertise in sports science software and applications.
•    Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
•    Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
