We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to work in our International Shop team and help to deliver an exciting vision. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end capabilities that enable key shopping acquisition journeys, including their optimization and growth through extensive experimentation. You will have a key focus on the Japanese market, but this is a global role, and you’ll also be working closely with teams in Australia, India and the UK.
You will:
l Innovate through collaboration, research, and analysis to continuously define a pipeline of new features that enhance the experience and improve key priorities & desired outcomes to support Enterprise goals
l Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decisions, experimentation, and product strategy
l Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, researching and analysing user experience data and analytics to identify and quantify opportunity areas
l Partner with marketing, engineering and design functions throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing iteration
l Oversee the delivery of a product roadmap in collaboration with go-to-market, engineering and design functions, often coordinating with other delivery teams
Required skills
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English and Japanese (N1 or equivalent proficiency in JLPT if you are a foreign national).
l 5+ years’ experience of digital product management shipping features that delight customers and users. If you’re passionate about technology improving lives and have other highly relevant experiences and looking for a career change, we’re happy to consider your application.
