Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive product roadmap and define timelines for future features and capabilities while applying new trends and competitive best practices. Build, prioritize, and sequence the feature backlog according to defined metrics including business value, return on investment, and job size. Actively collaborate with risk managers, product managers, engineers and other relevant partners in delivery execution. Identify use cases, define business processes, and craft end-to-end user flows. Break down sophisticated business requirements into actionable product features and technology user stories. Develop and implement Test and Learn plans to support ongoing iteration of customer experience and product feature sets. Conduct driven assessments and develop product recommendations based on analysis. Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to resolve product performance.Minimum Qualifications
Master’s/bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent. 4+ years of digital product experience within a large financial institution. Demonstrate proficiency in user experience, design, and architecture – You easily recognize aesthetic and functional details and can make pragmatic decisions about what details are important. Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships across diverse set of stakeholders including software developers and engineers. Possess Agile/Scrum methodology and rally/Jira/ Confluence proficiency. Good balance of technical knowledge and an eye for business with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mentality. Digital product development experience preferred. Experience in risk management in subject areas. Strong strategic problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive results across various initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM modules or workflows. Experience supporting enterprise GRC technology programs. Background in audit, compliance, or operational risk domains. Agile or product development certifications (Scrum, SAFe, CSPO, etc.).Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
