Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement. Plan, implement, and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new digital opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines and user experience. Lead the creation and delivery of compelling, high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, evaluating and recommending new technologies and platforms.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC) Social Media Marketing (organic and paid) Email Marketing and Automation Content Marketing strategy and execution Display Advertising Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and other digital marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management platforms, CRM systems). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and present performance reports clearly and concisely. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and identifying new ways to engage target audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
