Summary
Responsible for overseeing the integration of digital technologies across the organization and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of digital systems and processes. Works closely with cross-functional teams, operations, information technology, informatics, and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance our overall digital capabilities. Manages department schedules and acts as operational/technical liaison during go-lives.

Job DutiesDevelops, assesses, and assigns responsibilities with direct reports. Assigns and monitors individual work schedules to ensure a proper balance of tasks and resources including creates coverage schedules. Addresses performance and behavioral opportunities promptly and appropriately, using sound judgement in compliance with LVHN policy and applicable laws & regulations. Supports digital education efforts which can includes go-live coverage, at the elbow support, and creation of digital educational tools as assigned. Prioritizes, organizes, and directs project work of direct reports. Utilizes effective communication skills in interpersonal interactions with colleagues, leadership, and partners. Creates and presents digital integration and operations related information at appropriate meetings. Performs weekly check-ins and monthly on-site rounding with direct reports and co-leads all team meetings. Escalates concerns and opportunities to direct leadership. Collaborates with departments across the organization to streamline digital processes, automate repetitive tasks, and drive operational efficiency. Manages a team of digital integration specialists while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance. Implements and maintains key performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess effectiveness of digital operations and integration efforts.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree 3 years of previous management experience. Excellent facilitation skills and a demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals. Proven ability to provide direction and oversight to other team members in the execution of their assignments and support of key initiatives. Knowledge and experience with Epic EMR systems. Experience in education tool development. Proven experience in digital integration, operations management, or a related role. Strong understanding of digital technologies and data analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree 1 year Project management experience Experience with presenting to large and varying audiences. Microsoft Office expertise. Knowledge of data security.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
