Title:     Digital Analytics Manager

Duties: Supports eCommerce & Marketing department with data driven marketing strategies across various digital channels. This role implements advanced analytical techniques to enhance omnichannel marketing efforts including eCommerce and stores backed by statistics. The position will conduct comprehensive analysis of intricate datasets to uncover valuable insights on customer behavior, campaign effectiveness and market trends, utilizing both descriptive and prescriptive methodologies. Complex statistical and hypothesis testing and other analytical methods are used to identify correlation, causation and patterns within data. Partner with marketing teams, eCommerce, product management and IT to measure and optimize campaign performance, attribution, modeling and channel ROI using advanced analytics and statistical modeling: to align data-driven insights with business objectives. Create comprehensive coding documents outlining data layer specifications and triggers for event tracking for tools such as GA and QM. Conduct data testing and validation to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Implement and maintain processes for extracting data from various marketing tools and CRM systems through API integration into SQL or BQ. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives. Heavily involved in quarterly analytics roadmap planning and data request intake process for the organization. Work closely with data engineers and IT professionals to guarantee integrity, quality and accessibility of data. Work closely with the Creative team to submit asset requests and ensure timely delivery and distribution to agency partners.  Act as a point of contact with agency partners to manage vendor support. Build a team of data engineers and analysts by providing training and supporting best practices for the marketing team.

Requirements: Master’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a closely related degree field and two years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in digital marketing manager, data scientist manager, digital analytics manager or a closely related occupation. Will also accept a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a closely related degree field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in digital marketing manager, data scientist manager, digital analytics manager or a closely related occupation. Experience must include: 1 yr exp in programming languages with: R, or SQL; data visualization tools including Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI; Google Tag Manager; BigQuery; Quantum Metrics.

Hours:  Full Time, 40 hours/week
