Projection & Allocation Management:
- Ensure consistent and harmonized projections for all brands are distributed among vendors. Regularly monitor variance reports and provide detailed findings.
- Engage comprehensively in the allocation process, considering sourcing strategies, vendor capabilities, capacity fulfillment, and cost factors.
- Evaluate and recommend allocation proposals to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage garment vendor allocations and influence product/material distribution to support the sourcing strategy and enhance vertical integration.
Capacity Management:
- Review and oversee vendor capacity reports, making necessary adjustments based on harmonized and seasonal projections.
- Manage vendor capacity to maintain stability between demand and supply, and facilitate flexibility to accommodate ad hoc demands before releasing excess capacity.
- Adjust vendor capacity in line with strategic objectives, ramping up or down as necessary.
Lead Time Management:
- Drive initiatives to improve garment lead times, aiming to achieve shorter buying cycles for speed and fast-track orders.
- Ensure all order deadlines are met according to agreed-upon guidelines and buying buckets.
- Stay informed of calendar revisions and ensure vendors are updated on any changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the Raw Material Planning team to optimize vendor versus mill allocations, maximizing vertical integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate allocations and identify solutions to roadblocks that may hinder sourcing strategy objectives.
- Attend risk assessment meetings and collaborate proactively with the product development team to address lead time and capacity concerns.
Analytical Data Proficiency:
- Leverage analytical data to assess vendor performance and market trends, providing insights that inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assess data and present information clearly and effectively to support leadership decision-making processes, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications· Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Management or similar area
· 8+ years’ related experience in the Intimate / Apparel industry
· Well organized, analytical, attention to detail, good communication skills and able to work independently
· Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel)
· Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written)
· A good team player with a proactive outlook and drive towards excellence
