Critical Job Functions and Accountabilities:

Demand Planning:

Determine MTO / MTSGenerate firm and rolling forecasts using validated statistical toolsDrive demand consensus through cross-functional partnerships to meet revenue plansDefine ROP levels using historical dataMeasure and report forecast accuracy, review forecast bias, and build RCCM to improve accuracyEffectively communicate final forecast and inventory estimations to collaboratorsUpdate revenue blockers to drive revenue

Supply Planning:

Define and supervise stock levels across the network per stocking normsGenerate daily MRP through SAP / Planning tool considering the monthly forecastEnsure timely placement of orders, follow-up for materials, and track deliveryMaintain supply consensus with business partnersPrevent controllable stock-outsInventory investment planning through decision paper onlyPrepare, review, and circulate shippable backlog quarterlyReview and ensure accuracy of network inventory for system hygiene

Drive SIOP:

Prepare and consolidate SIOP data with team membersPresent SIOP data and advise on forecasts and challengesAlign on management decisions during reviewsDraft and publish MOMs of SIOP meetingsEnsure follow-ups on action items from meetings

Data Analytics and Process Improvements:

Apply data science experience to analyze datasets and uncover trendsImplement efficiency through elimination, automation, and outsourcingSee opportunities for boosting system efficiency

Inventory Management:

Drive inventory planning as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Supervise SKU/location-level DOS performanceEngage with commercial teams to handle slow-moving and non-moving stock

Key critical metrics:

Days of stock (DOS)Inventory EntitlementExpired and Obsolete (E&O)LIFR (Fill Rate)Forecast AccuracyLOTC (Supplier Fill Rate)Visibility AccuracyFactory performancePPI

Education & Experience Levels:

Any Engineering/Graduate or a related field5 - 8 yrs experience in relevant field
