The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios. The Product Data Analytics team with USCS is a key function that informs and drives product strategy and customer experience through data driven insights.
We are currently hiring for a Manager of Product Data Analytics. The Manager of Product Data Analytics will join a cross-border team of high performing colleagues to support and inform the AXP Consumer Premium Product strategy and product refreshes. In particular, the role will have much exposure to leaders within the USCS organization, especially the Resy teams (including data, marketing, and sales teams) and will work cross functionally to inform and drive strategy. This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage applied quantitative experience to directly shape business strategy and requires outstanding relationship management skills to partner with multiple stakeholders and drive results.

Help deliver world class credit card products and influence Membership strategy through data analyticsInform and help optimize the value proposition and benefit engagement of AXP premium products, especially in the dining industryUse advance analytics to study customer behavior and competitive landscape to drive engagementMaintain and enhance reporting and tracking of Membership Services levers including ResyMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred in following areas: Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.3 plus years professional experience driving performance optimization through the application of advanced decision sciences.Strong hands-on expertise using big data programing languages to manipulate large-scaled datasets and perform statistical analysis (e.g. SQL, Python, and Big Data analytic techniques).Hands on experience in Business Intelligent tools and dashboards (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset.Ability to understand data, synthesize into real world meaning, break down business problems, and conduct brainstorming.Proven track record of building and nurturing cross border teams of varied skill sets.Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems.Superior strategic thought leadership.Demonstrated ability to provide insight and accurate judgment in addressing and resolving business challenges and opportunities.Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms, statistics, data mining and research methods.Good understanding of the card economics with proven success in driving business results via strategic analysis. Experience in Charge/Loyalty analytics is a plus.Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
