A unique aspect of ED is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. ED has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.

The Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within the broader Digital Experimentation and Insights (DE&I) team in ED supports optimization of our paid channels/brand activities, create enterprise channel level reports and build scalable enterprise solutions for elevating performance marketing. The team specializes in using data around digital marketing, internal acquisitions data, external channel data and investment data to improve our ROI across the marketing funnel.

This role will report to the Vice President of Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team and will be based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

·       Create enterprise charter for analytics of Future of Search

·       Identify right data partnerships and data strategy as search landscape shifts

·       Create enterprise standards for measurement and monitoring KPIs

·       Identify risks and mitigation strategy for optimization and measurement in future of search

·       Define enterprise framework for measurement and attribution in search

·       Focus on external landscape and continue to push innovation within the enterprise for search overviews and AI surfaces

Minimum Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

Post graduate Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or financeMinimum 5 years’ relevant analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferredProven experience of leading digital marketing analytics teams and working on insights with partners, with a track record of consistently delivering results though developing advance analytics and platformsSuperior problem-solving/decision making skillsExcellent teamwork and thought leadership skills with experience collaborating with partners across the globeStrategic and analytical orientation - numerical with forecasting, plus Financial acumen to drive business analyses
