Function Description: With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities.  Charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDDS is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDDS has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.

The Enterprise Platform Analytics team collaborates with Product, Technology & Business  teams to help build/enhance the data landscape and strategies that shapes decision making of our enterprise products like SEO and Digital Marketing Platforms.

Purpose of the Role: This role will report to the Director of Platform Analytics team and will be based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Enterprise Business, Marketing, Product, & Technology teams & to deliver on highly impactful analytics to optimize & enhance the product experience.

Responsibilities:

•                              Lead highly motived team to develop & deliver analytical solutions.

•                              Collaborate with Enterprise Business, Marketing, Product, & Technology teams, to deliver on strategic analytics focused on Product Optimization

•                              Define and build key KPIs to monitor and improve Product performance

•                              Support the development & implementations of new features and capabilities

•                              Gain deep functional understanding of the enterprise product capabilities and associated platforms over time and ensure analytical insights are relevant and actionable  

•                              Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data along with AXP closed loop data

Critical Factors to Success:

•                              Analyze Digital platforms & activity data to synthesize actionable insights to Improve product performance, customer experience & incremental revenue generation for the enterprise.

Past Experience:

•                              Relevant analytics experience with a background in digital analytics preferred

•                              Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems

•                              Proven track record of project and people management; ability to engage and inspire team members and partners

•                              Results driven with strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities and keep team on track to exceed goals

Academic Background:

•                              Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field from a premier institute

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

•                              Knowledge of Analytics languages like SQL, Python, & ML modelling techniques, large and complex data sets manipulation

•                              Knowledge of Digital Websites, Applications, etc.

Knowledge of Platforms:

•                              Big Data Platform, Digital Tracking tools like Omniture/Adobe
