Responsibilities\nGrow the business within current key strategic clients, new services for existing clients, and increase share of wallet.\nDevelop teams in growing relationships with new business and sector accounts across the region.\nMeet/exceed target for New Business Revenue from existing customers.\nTargeted customer revenue and profit growth.\nFinancial budget achievement including new business growth targets.\nEnsure service levels are met in line with contractual commitments.\nManage customer contract negotiations.\nMeasure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for customers against pre-agreed performance metrics (KPIs).\nEnsure compliance with Service Level Agreement & regulatory and corporate obligations.\nEstablish effective relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.\nInvestigate and review key customers' supply chain needs and identify where DSC can best apply value.\nCoordinate regular interaction between DSC internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.\n\n

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience within Logistics/3PL and/or supply chain with a significant focus and/or experience in customer management and new business acquisitions.

Qualification: Postgraduate from a recognized institution in supply chain or logistics.

Requirements\nExcellent customer relationship and negotiation skills at all management levels.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multiple divisional operations and functions within the country.\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nStrong financial acumen including profit margins and accounts receivables management.\nAbility to support high-performance service culture within the functional department.\nExperience with succession planning and international business exposure.\nStrong compliance with regulatory and corporate obligations.\nAbility to manage changing scope and project acceptance criteria.\n
