Looking for Sr. QS & Commercial Manager for Interior Fit-out for Commercial Offices.Job Description
About the Role:
Pitching & Client Billing:Commercial Proposal Presentation to Management for D&B RFP/ Pitches & Manage Pre-Contract ActivityPrepare/review/modify cost proposal (indicative budget/detailed budget) at pitching stage/RFP from sketch drawings after coordination with Designer (external or inhouse)Coordination with MEP consultant/ Team for incorporation of cost and specification in cost proposalValue engineering to rationalize the cost.Documenting the preamble and specification meticulously in line with Budget and Drawing detailingEstimate, Rate Analysis and VO ManagementPreparation of the Estimate Control Sheet, Financial Summary and P&L, Obtaining the Approval on Project P&L.Updating and tracking of the same as per the progress at site and reconcile final saving. Comparison analysis of Budgeted Vs ActualTracking of variation along with project in charge/review & approval of vendor's VO/claim and preparation of RVO cost to client, Prepare rate analysis for client and review & approval of Vendor's rate analysis for Extra claim/VO items if anyUpdate and Monitor Variation costs claimed, recovered, and pending from ClientsMonitoring of overall project cost.BOQ & RFPPreparing Detail Bill of Quantities/ Specs for Interior Works & Cost Estimates and Prepare tender/bid documentsCirculation of RFP to the vendors at pitch stage along with PCCoordination with MEP consultant/Designer and compilation of MEP BOQ/Cost Estimate for Cost proposal/bids.Final negotiation with vendor to achive the targeted NR, Enhance the NR value from BTR stage to commercial closure stageMonitoring of Financial closure of vendor through the Project Lead and reconciliation along with billing engineer/site managerVendor ManagementAddressing vendor grievances arising due to process or during project executionGetting feedback from project lead/RM and making Vendor performance matrix.Exploring vendor for new products & market researchMentoring & Coaching of QS Team of the RegionProduct Research, Estimate Data & OthersAlternate Product researchMarket Product Prices Analysis to support of Value EngineeringWork closely with Procurement & contracts team for efficient functioning of Procurement Process & Documentation of Estimate Data on MS TeamsEstablishing new vendor network for price optimisationAbout You:
