Manager Corporate Project & Program Management (Central Market)
Responsibilities As a Manager of Corporate Project & Program Management for Central Market, you'll provide strategic guidance and engagement with key stakeholders and project / program teams. Management / Project Management: - Works with senior leaders at Central Market to ensure strategies and projects effectively deliver results and success measures are in place - Manages and leads cross-functional special projects across Central Market - Advises and consults with the business while providing oversight to project activities - Explores / validates / executes with no pre-defined solutions; makes independent decisions in ambiguous and complex areas, based on analysis, experience, judgment - Collaborates cross-functionally to understand / document business needs in an end-to-end manner - Discovers and drives new ways of using information to impact business decisions and results - Manages and provides diagnosis and recommendations to Central Market senior leadership team on strategic initiatives, including organizational design, development, organization effectiveness, etc. - Identifies change management opportunities related to assigned projects and programs - Provides Central Market senior leaders with evaluation of organizational risks, identifying mitigation strategies, and change management. - Facilitates strategy planning sessions with senior leaders or functional groups to determine/ obtain agreement on appropriate actions to align on goals and priorities. -Brings new ideas/ coaching to team on different ideas, process and approach -Supports Division President as needed What is your background? - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - 5+ years of experience in program management - Experience successfully working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment Do you have what it takes to be a Central Market Manager of Corporate Project & Program Management? - Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools - Advanced analytical skills - Advanced verbal / written communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills - Strong leadership skills - Ability to leverage data to tell a meaningful story Can you... - Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Work extended hours 04/2025 HR3232
