Manager - Corp Facilities and Services
Support Center - Irving

This position plans, organizes, schedules, and manages the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of all organization facilities and equipment. Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space planning and facility requirements. Monitors and inspects all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followed. Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations. Evaluates completed work and checks for conformance to specifications. Manages outside contracting for the mail room and café.

Major Activities

Manage day to day operations of all Corporate facilities.Develop and maintain all departmental budgets.Develop strategies and implement programs to manage company wide spend in all areas.Develop processes to benchmark, track and report on mailroom, café, and repair costs.Responsible for maintaining communication with all Corporate departments.Hire, train, guide, evaluate, and provide technical assistance to all department staff.Other duties as assigned
 

Minimum Education  

Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on management or equivalent experience (e.g., Building Management, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Construction)


Minimum Type of experience the job requires 

5 years experience managing corporate facilities in a retail environmentContract negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and construction trades

Preferred Special Certifications or technical skills  

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) certification preferred.
