Overview Summary The Manager, Copy is responsible for providing high-quality omni-channel campaign, product, editorial and SEO copy, maintaining the Foot Locker Europe brand voice. This individual will also oversee the translations process and workflows for all of EMEA. They will act as supervisor and mentor to a team of copywriters. Responsibilities Tasks & Responsibilities Lead the copy and translation teams across EMEA Support concepting for brand and lifestyle campaigns in partnership with concept designers, art directors and external creative partners Ideate and execute interactive messaging with agreed–upon strategy across digital and retail channels Review copy suggested for vendor campaigns to ensure alignment with FL TOV Review and support process of PDP content descriptions for all Foot Locker products Oversee the other copy functions to ensure copy is produced intime according to agreed deadlines in partnership with project managers Ensure there is consistency in TOV across channels, while ensuring that copy is channel specific based on best practices and key target audiences. Review creative once copy is implemented into design Support in localization of EMEA brand book and continuous maintenance for the lates rules, standards and TOV. Oversee copy translations process Manage external partners, platforms and budgets with agencies supporting on all copy and translations needs Work collaboratively with project managers, design team and cross functionally Qualifications Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in communications or similar degree or equivalent experience Demonstrate solid understanding of the fashion industry 5+ years experience as a Copywriter in an advertising/marketing agency or major fashion online retailer Experience in team management and leadership focusing on the growth and development of the team Proficiency with MS Office applications Must thrive in a fast pace, creative environment Must be collaborative with “all hands on deck” attitude Fluency in English (verbal & written) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in other European language is a plus Foot Locker is entitled to assign other duties than those associated with the position as described above, if such would be in the best interest of the Company Benefits Benefits Recognition, inclusion and belonging in a diverse environment. 25 holidays and flexible working (hybrid position, in office 2 days p/w) Employee Discount on in-store and online products Casual Sneaker Culture Learning & Health/Wellbeing programs Career development and growth in an ambitious international team Travel reimbursement Pension Plan Discounted Collective Health plans Activities organized by our Social Committee
