Our Duty Free Marketing team is looking for a Manager Content Marketing to support the development, adaptation, and deployment of online and offline content across our Smoke‑Free Products portfolio.

You will work closely with the Manager Brand Content, supporting content creation, transcreation, toolbox preparation, and campaign deployment across global Duty Free channels.

Your role

The Manager Content Marketing is responsible for leading the transcreation and deployment of online and offline content marketing and optimization with the objective to drive consistent positive customer relationship and business growth ( for P1 ).  The incumbent holds the accountability of communication & contents development and deployment of concept, master communications, visual guidelines for all portfolio based projects (promos, campaigns, launches, LEP offers, portfolio cycles) initiated by Portfolio and Commercial teams.  This includes driving the project cross-functionally and ensuring deployment of omni-channel toolboxes and consistency of content. The individual also leads critical and high complexity projects as a project lead.  Utilizes a wide range of offline and online marketing touchpoints which includes Key Visuals, Digital Platforms, VM, digital media content etc. to accelerate learning, experiencing, living and sharing of consumers as well as creatively activating our database with the objective of delivering highly personalized messages and ability to dial up local relevance among different consumer segments. 

Principal Accountabilities

Accountability 1: Content Development & Transcreation

• Assist in adapting global master assets (visuals, messaging, digital and POS materials) for Duty Free markets.
• Prepare and update campaign toolboxes for multiple touchpoints, including Key Visuals, digital content, and in‑store materials.
• Coordinate content edits, translations, and reviews with GBS (Global Business Solutions) teams, Business Units, agendas and relevant internal stakeholders category, retail, CX teams.

Accountability 2: Campaign Deployment Support

• Help organize and deliver campaigns across channels (POS, digital, paid media, retail, CX).
• Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements PMI 4C, BMR. 
• Support quality checks before deployment.

Accountability 3: Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

• Work with retail, consumer experience, media and digital teams to support content needs for campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in briefing and coordinating external creative agencies.
• Help gather market and stakeholder feedback to improve content relevance.
Work closely with global category teams on toolboxes, GTR needs developments, ad hoc request, review.

Accountability 4: Digital Media

Liaise with digital team  for delivery of digital media amplification by creating and implementing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, sales conversion and increase customer retention. 

Accountability 5: Project & Budget Support

• Help maintain project timelines, documentation, and version control.
• Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking content production budgets.

Who we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, digital communication, publishing or agency work (internships included).

• Project Management and communication experience. Planning and budget skills will be a plus.

• Out of the box creative thinking passion.

• Excellent taste on creting or curating multiple types of content, and are well connected to varios communities.

• Experience in engaging with different business stakeholders and influencing people.

• Curious, agile, and comfortable working across multiple projects.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
