Job scope:
Prepare and execute strategy for effective brand engagement in Slovak Republic driving consumer´s choices and ensuring brand activation in key experiential touchpoints (festivals, events, Horeca, Brand retail...)Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives across channels and touchpointsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities based on competitor behaviour and translate findings into actionable insights to inform multicategory commercial strategy and planningManage deployment agencies to ensure that project scopes are clearly defined linking the project to the brand strategyLead high performing engagement team daily and ensure their personal & professional development
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years Marketing and/or Sales experience in FMCG or agencies, ideally specialized in Brand Experience, Brand Activation /or Trade MarketingProject management skills - leading diverse cross-category teamsProven experience in people leadershipStrong communication & interpersonal skillsCreative thinking and drive for innovation
