The Manager of Consumer Bank Deposit Product Operations & Administration will support the execution of operational processes and technology initiatives related to consumer deposit products and pricing. This role is responsible for coordinating product and pricing change implementation, managing product maintenance activities, supporting regulatory disclosure processes, and serving as a liaison between internal partners such as product management, IT, compliance, legal, risk, and deposit operations.

Operational Execution & Change Management:

Coordinate day-to-day execution of product and pricing in partnership with Consumer Bank Product Management, Pricing, IT, Deposit Operations, and others.

Maintain operational playbooks and audit-ready documentation.

Support operational planning and readiness for product launches and/or enhancements.

Assist in defining and documenting business and functional requirements.

Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational metrics, risk items, and issue resolution status.

Ensure adherence to internal policies & procedures.

Product Maintenance & Issue Management:

Submit and track product-related technology requests and production issue resolutions.

Collaborate with IT and Deposit Operations to develop and execute test scripts.

Monitor ongoing product performance and escalate operational risks or gaps.

Disclosure Management Support

Assist with the maintenance and coordination of consumer deposit product disclosures.

Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure disclosures are accurate, current, and properly implemented across all channels.

Support the execution of the disclosure change management process.

EXPERIENCE:

For this position, you should have 3-5 years’ experience in banking, preferably product management, operations, or related function.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) required.  Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.Strong knowledge of consumer deposit products (DDA, savings, money markets, CDs) and account opening processes.Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in a banking environment.Proficiency in project management and documentation of business/functional requirements.Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.Strong organizational and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and product technology tools.Experience working with enterprise workflow or issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Workfront, Logic Manager)Understanding of disclosure management systems and documentation platforms.Data literacy and ability to work with reporting tools.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 USD to $82,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
