operations for community based programs collaborating closely with internal leaders and external community partners to address the social factors that influence health outcomes This position supports the design implementation and management of programs that respond to identified community needs It also plays a key role in driving innovation in care delivery introducing new operational approaches financial management within a program or departmentLanguage SkillsBilingual in SpanishEnglishKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirementsmiddot Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate develop teams and amplify community voicesmiddot Excellent collaboration and relationship skillsmiddot Strong organizational project management and problem solving
