In this role, you are a trusted business advisor for Marketing, Finance, Strategy, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams around the globe. You drive a culture empowered by data-driven insights and shape critical decision-making. You are responsible for building deep market expertise across key regions to drive excellence in execution representing the voice of customer by evaluating & optimizing initiatives to drive market leading Innovation, strong Equity, and superior Customer Experience. As a key member of our Global Commercial Excellence team, you will join a fast-paced team of professionals that enable analytically driven capabilities. **You will be responsible for:** + Create, update and automate the near-term and long-term forecast models - develop scenarios to assess impact of different market events & business strategies + Build the new product forecast and market models, guided by market data, market research and triangulation of primary and secondary data sources + Collaborate with regional commercial teams to understand market trends, identify competitive insights + Synthesize complex data from multiple sources (primary market research, secondary analytics, competitive intelligence) to find opportunities, threats, and develop recommendations to business leaders + Publish regular executive business reports with advanced data visualizations to track global health of business that includes sales, pricing, and market share + Prepare the commercial analytics outputs for senior leaders to shape critical investment decisions + Lead a team of analytics professionals that act as internal consultants to build analytics capabilities by leaning into innovative & agile methodologies **Qualifications** **Required:** + A bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or equivalent is required, master’s in business would be preferred + A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required, among 8 years, at least a minimum of 5 years relevant data and analytics experience is required; a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and developing teams + Expertise in data-warehousing technologies – Redshift, SQL; data engineering – SQL, Dataiku, Alteryx; visualization platforms – Tableau, Power BI, Qlik; advanced analytics / data science exposure – Python, R; working knowledge of web technologies – Apache Tomcat, Angular JS + Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with deep experience in complex Excel models and large data sets + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills + Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT partners; excellent ability to lead, influence, empower and encourage others in a collaborative environment + Ability to work in an agile environment with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously + Good knowledge of healthcare, business, processes and process improvement methodologies **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Analytical Reasoning, Benchmarking, Big Data Management, Brand Positioning Strategy, Business Data Analysis, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Customer Analytics, Customer Intelligence, Data Analysis, Developing Others, Execution Focus, Financial Analysis, Inclusive Leadership, Industry Analysis, Innovation, Leadership, Marketing Insights, Market Knowledge, Operational Excellence, Performance Measurement, Team Management
