Manager CoE Accounting & Reporting
Purpose of the role

 

The CoE Manager leads the global Center of Excellence for Financial Accounting & Reporting, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and governance across all regions. This role ensures the CoE delivers consistent, high-quality financial reporting and drives harmonization initiatives aligned with strategic objectives of R2R.

 

Your \"day to day\"

 

•Define and execute the CoE’s strategic roadmap in alignment with R2R strategy.•Oversee harmonization of accounting practices and reporting standards across markets, including data management.•Ensure governance of financial reporting and audit processes.•Lead cross-functional collaboration with R2R, Design & Deploy, and market finance teams.•Monitor performance of regional CoE leads and ensure delivery of KPIs.•Lead capability building, succession planning, and knowledge management initiatives.•Act as escalation point for audit and management reporting issues. Required Experience, Skills and Competencies •Finance professional with 6+ years of experience and strong accounting & governance knowledge•Experience in multicultural and / or global teams•Big 4 audit experience is desirable•Strong coordination & communication skills•Strong analytical skills and ability to question the status quo•Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders
