Job Summary

\n

New Family Medicine Clinic opening October 2025 - this position will start July 2025. 

\n

Location: Waco Harris Creek, 101 Sunwest Blvd, Suite B,  Waco, TX

\n

Onsite Monday - Friday

\n

The Clinic Operations Manager 2 coordinates activities in physician offices, clinics, or other areas. This ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.

\n

Essential Functions of the Role

\n\nManages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.\nCoordinates staffing, coverage and procedures to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner.\nDevelops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.\nInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels and recommends termination of assigned employees.\nApproves and contributes to in-service education programs for assigned people.\nCoordinates accounts receivable management to ensure maximum reimbursement.\nCommunicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.\nProvides information to physicians, community groups and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.\nInvestigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.\n\n

Key Success Factors

\n\nBachelors degree strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate and stabilize team and one-on-one workloads through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.\nAble to travel as required.\n\n

EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualificationEXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
