\nJob Summary
\n\nThe Voice Center - Multidisciplinary clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and research of voice disorders in Dallas and Plano. \nTwo locations \n\n\n\n3434 Swiss Ave, Suite 200, Dallas, TX\n4716 Alliance Blvd, Suite 700, Plano, TX\n\n\n\n\nThis position will be onsite every day - split between both locations.\n\nThe Clinic Operations Manager coordinates activities in physician offices, clinics, or other areas. This ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n\nManages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.\nCoordinates staffing, coverage and procedures to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner.\nProvides team development and Clinical Collaboration with Providers and SLP team (Speech Language Pathologist).\nDevelops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.\nInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels, and recommends termination of assigned employees.\nApproves and contributes to in-service education programs for assigned team members.\nSubmits invoices to accounts payable, monitors cash collections, and coordinates accounts receivable management.\nCommunicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.\nProvides information to physicians, community groups, and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.\nInvestigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.\n\nKey Success Factors
\n\nExperience with highly specialized clinic equipment and procedures.\nDemonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and person workloads through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.\nAble to travel as required.\n\nBelonging Statement
