This position will be onsite every day (Monday-Friday)
\nThe Clinic Operations Manager coordinates activities in physician offices, clinics, or other areas. This ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
\nEssential Functions of the Role
\n· Manages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.
\n· Coordinates staffing, coverage and procedures to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner.
\n· Provides team development and Clinical Collaboration with Providers and SLP team (Speech Language Pathologist).
\n· Develops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.
\n· Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels, and recommends termination of assigned employees.
\n· Approves and contributes to in-service education programs for assigned team members.
\n· Submits invoices to accounts payable, monitors cash collections, and coordinates accounts receivable management.
\n· Communicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.
\n· Provides information to physicians, community groups, and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.
\n· Investigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.
\n· Cover multiple roles within the clinics
\n· Conducts meetings with clinic staff to give updates
\n· Communicates recommendations and keeps leadership updated on a routine basis.
\n· Responsible for running reports and analyzing and reconciling data
\n· Review scheduling, referrals, onbase, patient estimates and inbaskets daily and worked timely
\n· Motivate teams

\n· Experience with highly specialized clinic equipment and procedures.
\n· Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
\n· Demonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.
\n· Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and person workloads through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
\n· Able to travel as required.
