Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety, and the experience of our customers is our top priority. **As the CIP Strategy & Program Manager, you will:** · Program manage the annual US CIP program leveraging FPX methodology as both Project Lead and Portfolio Manager. Leading CIP ideation working sessions and cost-reduction initiatives sourcing the right core team. Partner with the Sr. Manager Portfolio & Strategy to develop strategies to innovate and simplify the way we work. You will own execution and strategy deployment change management. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders at multiple levels. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** The roles and responsibilities of the Deliver NA CIP Strategy & Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following: · **Program Leadership** : lead the development and implementation of the CIP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Initiate and lead CIP ideation sessions · **Data Analysis** : along with your core team, conduct thorough analysis of financial and operational data to identify potential areas for cost savings. Assess the impact of proposed cost-saving measures · **Develop strategies** : create and implement strategies aimed at reducing costs, while maintaining product or service quality · **Identify opportunities** : along with your core team, analyze operations and processes to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement · **Engage Stakeholders** : collaborate with various departments and teams to gain support and input for cost improvement initiatives · **Monitor Progress** : track the success of implemented strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met · **Report Outcomes** : regularly communicate findings, progress, and final outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders · **Train and Educate** : provide training sessions and workshops to core and extended team on cost-saving measures and best practices · **Foster a Culture of Improvement** : encourage continuous improvement by promoting a culture where employees can suggest cost-saving ideas · **Benchmark** : compare organizational processes and costs against industry standards to identify best practices and areas for improvement · **Risk Management** : assess potential risks associated with cost-cutting measures and develop plans to mitigate these risks · **Sustainability Focus** : where possible, integrate sustainability into cost-saving measures and processes · **Influencing** : foster collaboration, advocate for change, and drive the organization’s strategic vision forward · Measure, monitor and review key Segment portfolio performance and health · Support Deliver Segment in providing information, portfolio health reporting and data analysis as needed and for key governance and stakeholder forums · Identify and make recommendations to address portfolio issues affecting performance · Monitor project pipeline and associated resource impacts/management · Liaison between Global PMO & Regional Segment during financial cycles and during Global project intake · Provide Planisware coaching, support and training · Ensure completeness and accuracy of portfolio data **Qualifications** Education · Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree **required** ; advanced degree or focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business **preferred** **Required** · Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Logistics, or Supply Chain environment · Proven experience in program management and/or cost reduction initiatives · Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams · Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial metrics and data analysis · Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex matrix organization · Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies · Ability to act decisively and manage risks with limited information · Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment, work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership for results · Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company · Proven track record of identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities · Self-starter who identifies and helps solve problems · Ability to influence across all levels of the organization · Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt **Preferred** · Experience with change management initiatives and associated governance processes · Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end to end) · Experience working cross Segment, especially within Medical Devices · Proven track record of building and developing diverse, high-performing teams · Financial acuity · Experience with Planisware · Experience with various data analytic tools · Lean-Six Sigma Black belt · FPX Certified Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
