Otis développe son activité et recherche un Manager Chantier (H/F) pour intégrer l'agence de Courbevoie.

Votre priorité est d’assurer l’entretien d’un parc d'appareils sur les zones de Boulogne Billancourt et du 16ème arrondissement de Paris, en garantissant la sécurité des techniciens et en développant le chiffre d’affaires.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

Manager et accompagner une équipe de techniciens

Assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs

Gérer et optimiser le budget alloué

Etre l’interlocuteur technique des clients (réponse aux réclamations, accompagnement de l’Ingénieur Commercial)

Maîtriser les principaux indicateurs de performance / KPI (CA, respect des obligations de maintenance, qualité de l’entretien, nombre de pannes)

Identifier et chiffrer des travaux à vendre au client (repérage sur site et émission du devis dans les systèmes)

Gestion de la relation avec les sous-traitants

Vous justifiez d’une ou plusieurs expériences significatives dans le management opérationnel et idéalement dans le secteur des ascenseurs

Vous disposez de qualités commerciales

Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique afin de maîtriser l'aspect technique du métier

Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'organisation et faites preuve d'autonomie

Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité

Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

Curieux(se), adaptable, vous savez travailler seul(e) comme en équipe
