In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will lead the analysis process for significant projects and programs. As a Manager, you will supervise and develop teams, manage client accounts, and drive engagement workstreams while đảm bảo exceptional deliverables.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Strong business acumen and experience on business-driven initiatives

- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Agile projects

- Excellent experience in eliciting and developing business requirements

- Experience with problem solving methodologies such as Design Thinking

- Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes and workflows

- Experience in mapping and documenting interfaces between systems

- Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews

- Ability to lead and facilitate UAT and defect resolution sessions

- Solid experience in developing procedural documentation and presentations

- Experience in data and process modeling using various tools

- Ability to work closely with all staff levels, particularly senior level stakeholders

- Proven experience managing business process changes on complex projects

- Experience and/or understanding of organizational change management practices

- CBAP and CSM certification

- Hands-on experience in Agile projects

- Significant experience in eliciting business requirements

- Skilled in problem-solving methodologies

- Analytical skills for business processes

- Experience in mapping and documenting interfaces
