Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Identify and engage with merchant partners to expand card offers to meet customers’ needsNegotiate and manage partnership to ensure alignment with business objectiveMonitor partner and credit card business performance and ensure compliance with HSBC standardsMonitor and analyse program performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize resultsSupport initiatives to optimize profits and reduce costsImplement credit card business strategies to deliver business targets Keep track of the investment on partnerships and ensure proper payments reconciliation and settlement Oversee the full life cycle of agreements, from drafting to execution, ensuring that agreements reflect HSBC goals and values and mitigate risk
