We at AT&T are excited to have an opening in the National Performance Triage team. This organization analyses the root cause of wireless network performance degradations, develops automation to triage root cause analysis and provides reports on those root causes for leadership and other external groups.
What you’ll do:
Service Delivery and Solutions: Oversee service delivery and solutions including Ethernet, 911 applications, client network integrations, network security, managed services, fiber and copper transport, broadband aggregation services, 5G & cellular solutions, AT&T Digital Network and fixed wireless.
Operational Management and Issue Resolution: Manage network maintenance and operations, resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement network changes from the central office to customer premises.
Collaboration and Innovation: Coordinate with peers in various departments to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, create operational efficiencies, and innovate processes tailored to local markets.
Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction, ensure execution, manage contractors and vendors, and lead network restoration efforts following natural disasters, while overseeing a large multi-state organization and supervising managers and staff.
Compliance and Financial Oversight: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental laws, manage financial and operational targets, and work with Labor Relations to meet labor contract obligations and maintain a harmonious union relationship.
What you’ll need:
Oversees the strategic direction, operational management, and performance optimization of field service teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, while directing end-to-end service delivery and assurance for complex transport and managed services solutions and maintaining network quality on a 24/7 basis across a multi-state organization.
Oversee the daily operations of their team, including management and bargained employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

Environmental Requirements:
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Manager-Business Field Services, earns between $85,700 - $144,000 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
