Job Role
The Manager should have proven experience in the areas of Finance Transformation including finance function strategy, operating model and process design; digital finance and enterprise performance management. He/she will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the project targets. The Manager:
Lead client engagements and oversee delivery across work-streams Deliver transformation across finance processes - PTP/OTC/ RTR/ FP&A/ Tax/ Treasury Should have experience of key finance digital technologies across processes Should have broad understanding of AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes, with keen interest in emerging trends. Experience in developing business cases for AI -driven initiatives, leveraging predictive analytics and scenario modelling to demonstrate benefits and ROI Experience in delivering automation and AI into core accounting processes—leveraging intelligent automation (RPA), machine learning, and AI-driven analytics Experience in developing governance frameworks for financial data integrity, compliance, and operational resilience. Can design target operating model (TOM) for future state processes for finance function Can influence and engage with executive leadership, building alignment around program investments, risks, and measurable outcomes. Have strong understanding of financial controls, compliance frameworks, audit readiness, and financial data governance. Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policies Contribute to the firm’s initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently
Professional Background
6 - 9 years of relevant post-MBA experience - Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales) Knowledge of current finance leading practices, technology landscape, trends, and solutions Relevant consulting experience with Big 4 is preferred in the India domestic market
