THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE 

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, DEI, the Manager of Business Resource Groups (BRG) will collaborate closely with key company leaders and cross-functional partners to guide our BRGs to success by serving as a strategic thought partner and advisor while also providing oversight and governance as the champion for the BRGs.  BRGs are essential to creating an inclusive culture at Ulta Beauty and they do this by modeling for the organization what it means to live our core values. Ulta Beauty has six associate-led BRGs that reflect the broad lived experiences and intersectionality of our associates. At Ulta Beauty, BRGs are intentionally designed to be inclusive and open to associates regardless of background.

 

 

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our inclusive BRG efforts are well-managed and align with our brand purpose.Serve as primary project manager and advisor to the leaders of our six BRGs, inspiring collaboration, effective communication, and successful event programming.Lead planning and drive execution of BRG signature programs and events; monitor and provide debrief sessions; manage key stakeholders; and execute communication plans.Facilitate regular BRG leader meetings and listening tours to maintain a strong connection to BRG leaders and communities for informing fact-based decisions and action plans.Oversee BRG program operations, including maintaining financial records, conducting post-program evaluations, and establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, charters, and annual plans.Ensure inclusive, accessible programming and a psychologically safe environment for all Ulta Beauty associates.Build tools and resources to support BRG member connection and engagement.

 

 

THE ESSENTIALS OF SUCCESS 

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years leading inclusive associate initiatives and BRGs with direct engagement and management of BRGs. Please note, we recognize that great talent comes from many paths and encourage applicants with equivalent work experience, certifications, or self-directed learning to apply.Prior experience working with BRGs to develop and maintain governance frameworks, charters, and annual plans.Excellent project management and organization skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence.Effective communication skills with the ability to lead through influence and deliver compelling insights.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing executive-level stakeholder engagement initiatives.Demonstrated commitment and passion for advancing inclusion in the workplace.Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with long-term strategic goals and budgets.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage sensitive associate and business information in a confidential manner.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
